Platinum Sponsor ($6000) – Limit 3

• Platinum Sponsors will have a dedicated presentation room on Wednesday (3:00-5:30) for Pre-Sessions, all day Thursday, and Friday until 12:00 noon

• Full page AD in the 2023 GMC Program

• Platinum Sponsors can display a banner in the Auditorium foyer & Dining Hall hallway for all sessions. (no larger than 4x6)

• Exhibit Hall booth (6’ x 6’ booth consisting of two 2’ x 6’ tables in an L-shape)

• Registration for 4 people

• Conference T-shirt for 4 people

• On-site lodging for 4 people (share two rooms in a cabin; each room includes private bath)

• All Meals for 4 people

Gold Sponsor ($4000) - Limited to the number of conference speakers

• Gold Sponsors will have the opportunity to introduce one of the 2023 Keynote or Featured Speakers(this is determined by the sponsor payment receipt date)

• Full page AD in the 2023 GMC Program

• Gold Sponsor can display a banner in the Auditorium (or speaker room) for the speaker they will introduce. (no larger than 4x6)

• One Exhibit Hall booth (6’ x 6’ booth consisting of two 2’ x 6’ tables in an L-shape)

• Registration for 2 people

• Conference T-shirt for 2 people

• On-site lodging for 2 people (share one room in a cabin; includes private bath)

Silver Sponsor ($2000) - Limited to the number of conference events

• Silver Sponsors can display a banner at the event your company sponsors - 

PE @ Rock Eagle, Trivia Night, Karaoke, Campfire Chat (by grade band)

• ½ page AD in the 2023 GMC Program

• One Exhibit Hall booth (6’ x 6’ booth consisting of two 2’ x 6’ tables in an L-shape)

• $1000 per booth (maximum 2 booths)
