How do I register for the Summer Academies?
To register for the Summer Academies, go to 2020 GCTM Summer Mathematics Academy and click on the member or non-member button. Choose the site and grade level of your choice and follow the directions. You may choose to pay on-line or by check. If you choose “pay by check”, the registration program will register you "pending payment". You may then mail your check to:

If more than one registration is paid for with the check or if the name on the check does not match the registrant, please send a note with the check listing the participants, the site, and the grade-band for which they are registered. When GCTM receives your payment, your registration will be moved from "pending" to “registered”.

How do I register using a purchase order?
GCTM does NOT take purchase orders as payment. School/district checks are accepted by GCTM. Choose the “pay-by-check” option and the registration program will register you "pending payment". You will then need to take care of the check request with your school/district using the receipt from the registration or the confirmation e-mail. Mail the check to:

What if my grade-level choice at a site is sold out?
You may still register and sign up for the waitlist. If another participant decides not to attend and drops their registration, then you will be sent an invitation to update your registration. You may also register for the chosen grade level at another site.
What are the hours for the Summer Academies?
The Summer Academies will operate from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The participants will have one and a half hours for lunch from 11:30 am-1:00 pm.
